As a Yoga Instructor, I am dedicated to continuously exploring holistic avenues to enhance my personal practice. I love integrating these learnings into sharing my deep love for yoga in my own authentic ways. I have endless gratitude and love for all of the teachers that remain my guide and mentors, as well as every new teacher along the way. I firmly believe that learning is an endless journey. 2015 - 30 HR - Yoga Anatomy with Leslie Kaminoff & Amy Matthews

2017 - Reiki - Level 1 - Reiki Master Tiffany Ketchmark - Chicago, IL

2018 to Present - Facilitator for School Yoga Institute - As a facilitator of 200-hour YTTs, my role entails sharing a foundational level of training that introduces participants to various aspects of yoga. This includes pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, asana, teaching methodology, yoga anatomy & physiology, and other relevant topics.
