Asheville based steel drum player Jonathon Scales released his first music video for "Muddy Vishnu" off his new album Character Farm and Other Short Stories. The title for the song comes from the stylistic crossing of Muddy Waters and Mahavishnu Orchestra, and the video is so awesome!

I had no idea what the result was going to be when I showed up for the dance part of the video. (You can see me around the 1:40 mark) From beginning to end the album weaves us through John's creative process from writing to stage, with great graphics that reminded me somewhat of an intro to James Bond flick, and some great shots of John on the streets of Asheville, NC. Great job John! Thanks for letting me be a part of it!
