Starting Monday, October 9th
Monday - 5:00-5:40 pm - Discussion & Meditation
Come at any a time, enjoy meditation before class! Starting October 9th through November, we'll move through discussions on the social & personal observances from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, the Yamas & Niyamas. No experience needed, All Ages, All Open Hearts & Minds... 20 Minutes Discussion, followed by 20 Minute meditation... choose to meditate longer if you are going to stay for the Primary Series asana class starting at 6pm!
Starting Monday, October 2nd
Monday & Wednesday - 6:00 pm Primary Series
Experience a vigorous strength building sequence that will help you improve balance & flexibility. Learn the primary sequence at your skill level. Get more comfortable and familiar each time you go through the sequence of postures. Iyengar influenced with use of props to make posture accessible to all body types.
Starting Tuesday, October 10th
Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30-10:15 am - Bad Ash Dynamic Flow
Combining Hatha & Vinyasa to create a free-flowing meditative practice, bringing more awareness to the connection between our minds and movement through the breath and physical body.
