Yoga Nidra is a natural tool to help bring about transformation and healing. This class starts with an yoga practice that will warm up the joints and the muscles, followed by a guided yoga nidra meditation to open us to deeper clarity, allowing the mind to release the sources of tension, anxiety, unwanted habits, and self-limiting beliefs. All-levels welcome – perfect for beginners.
